What’s included
Receipts from the payment record
Each receipt pulls amount, period, tenant and date from the confirmed payment. Nothing is typed by hand, for bank transfer or cash.
Receipts in the property’s language
Each receipt is issued in the language of the country the property is in: keep the interface in English for a flat in Spain and your tenant receives a Spanish receipt. Italian, English, Spanish, German and French are available.
Contract data and signed PDF
Record room, rent, start and end date, deposit and contract type against each tenancy, and upload the signed contract alongside as PDF, JPEG or PNG. The type you record drives the deadlines linked to that tenancy.
Per-document visibility
Choose who sees a document when you upload it: the whole house, or a single tenant. Receipts are always visible only to the tenant concerned.
An archive that survives move-out
Contracts, receipts and documents stay attached to the tenancy they belong to, and remain available to both sides after the tenant leaves.

A standalone receipt generator is available with no account needed, for a one-off receipt outside the app.
Who sees what
Receipts are generated inside Plinthos. Everything else you upload, choosing who can see it as you go: the whole house sees the house rules, each tenant sees only their own contract.

Where documents live
Contracts, receipts and uploaded documents stay attached to the tenancy they belong to.
