Refund Policy

This policy describes the cancellation and refund terms for Plinthos Pro subscriptions. It forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

The Landlord account includes a 14-day free trial with full access, so you can evaluate the Service before any charge. No amount is charged during the trial. The Tenant account is always free.

2. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals: you keep access to Plinthos Pro until the end of the period already paid and you will not be charged again. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period, except as set out in section 3.

3. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the order date, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83. Because Plinthos Pro is a digital service, by requesting immediate activation you consent to the service starting: in that case the right of withdrawal may lapse once the service has been fully supplied, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights.

To exercise withdrawal within the time limit, send a request to annunziatoco@gmail.com stating your account email and the purchase date.

4. How to request a refund

Purchases made from the web app are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Refund requests for those purchases can be submitted:

Purchases made from the mobile app (App Store or Google Play) are subject to the respective store's refund policy, and requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 5–10 business days, subject to the timelines of the payment network or store.

6. Your data stays safe

Ending a subscription does not delete your data: it remains accessible in read-only mode and becomes fully editable again if you re-subscribe. Deleting your account and data is done separately from the app settings, as described on the Delete account page.
