Plinthos is the app to manage room rentals: payments, bills, deposits, contracts, deadlines and chat between landlord and tenants. There are two account types.

Tenant — Free forever

The Tenant account is free, with no limits and no expiry. It lets a tenant view their room, rent and contract, mark payments with a receipt, see bill shares, chat with the landlord and roommates, and access shared documents.

Landlord — 14-day free trial, then Plinthos Pro

The Landlord account includes a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. When the trial ends, an active Plinthos Pro subscription is required to keep creating and managing data. Your data is never deleted: it stays accessible and becomes fully editable again as soon as you subscribe.

Prices are in Euro and include applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), calculated based on the buyer's country.

What Plinthos Pro includes

Billing and renewal

The subscription auto-renews at the same price at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Purchases made from the web app (plinthos.app) are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, including the collection and remittance of applicable taxes. Purchases made from the mobile app are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under each store's terms.
