# Plinthos

> Plinthos is a mobile app (iOS + Android) and content site that helps small landlords manage room rentals and split bills fairly across European markets. The site publishes country-native blog content for Italy, Spain, Germany, France, plus international English content, covering rental law, fiscal regimes, deposit rules, bill splitting, and tenant management.

The app is currently live in Italy (v1.0), with rollout planned for Spain/Portugal (v1.5), Germany/France (v2.0), and UK/Ireland (v2.5). The blog is written natively per country — each article cites the local laws, fiscal codes, government agencies, and case law of the target jurisdiction, rather than being translated from a single source.
